CALL CORAL BAJA CONDOMINIUM OWNERS’ MEETING

(ASAMBLEA DE CONDÓMINOS DE CORAL BAJA)

In accordance with Clause Forty-Third of the condominium regulations for the Coral Baja Condominium (the “Condominium”), the condominium owners of the Condominiumare hereby called to the Ordinary and Extraordinary Condominium Owners’ Meeting(the “Meeting”) to be held on April 19, 2023, at 1:00PM (CGMT -7 time) at Coral Baja Resort located at Kilometer 29.5 of the Transpeninsular Highway Cabo San Lucas-San Jose del Cabo, in the Municipality of Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, Mexico. 

The agenda for the Meeting is as follows:

AGENDA

1. Approval of April 21, 2022 General Ordinary Meeting Minutes, and ratification of the resolutions therein adopted.
2. Submission, discussion and, if applicable, approval of the Condominium Administrator Report and the financial statements as of December 31, 2022, as well as, if applicable, approval of functions discharged.
3. Discussion and, if applicable, approval of the general budget for the year of 2023.
4. Submission, discussion and, if applicable, approval of the ongoing resort management agreement entered into with the administrator of the resort (PTN).
5. Discussion and, as the case may be, designation of a vigilance committee and appointment of its members, pursuant to the Condominium Regulations and the applicable law. 
6. Ratification and/or removal and designation, as the case may be, of the administrator of the Coral Baja Condominium in terms of the current Regulations;
7. Ratification of resolutions formerly adopted by the Ordinary Condominium Owners’ Meeting of the Coral Baja Condominiumto date;
8. Appointment of members of the Board of Directors for the Condominium.
9. Ratification and/or removal and designation of the special delegate or delegates to comply with the resolutions adopted by the Meeting.
